If you use the call-back feature, we collect the phone number you enter so we can call you. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may also log standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser type.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and color documentation, help prepare architectural review applications, schedule and perform work, and follow up about your project. Phone calls to our business line may be answered or returned by an automated assistant that helps gather project details before a team member follows up.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is shared only with the service providers we use to operate the business — such as telephone, scheduling, and messaging systems — and, where you ask us to help with an application, in the materials prepared for your association.
We keep inquiry and project records — including color specifications and approval documentation — for as long as they're useful for serving you and meeting ordinary business and legal obligations.
