Henderson Exterior Painting exists because in this city, an exterior repaint has two halves — the paint and the paperwork — and most contractors only do one of them.
Ask most painting contractors about your HOA and you'll get some version of "you handle the approval, we'll handle the paint." That split is where Henderson repaints go wrong: homeowners guess at palettes, file thin applications that bounce, miss notice deadlines, or — worst of all — paint first and get denied after. We closed that gap by making the compliance work part of our scope. Identifying your association's actual requirements, working from the current approved palette, preparing a submittal a committee can approve on sight, and only then painting: that sequence is the company.
The painting half gets no less rigor. Desert-grade prep — pressure wash, stucco crack fill, caulk, primer where the surface needs it — and two full coats on the body, with trim, fascia, and garage doors coated in the approved companion colors. An approved color applied badly just schedules the next violation letter; we're in the business of closing files, not reopening them.
We don't do interiors, and we don't do commercial. Exterior repaints in HOA-governed Henderson communities are the entire business — a narrow specialty, deliberately chosen, because the process knowledge is the product.
We work throughout Henderson's master-planned neighborhoods — Green Valley Ranch, Anthem, Sun City Anthem, Seven Hills, Inspirada, Cadence, MacDonald Ranch, and Tuscany Village. Each one structures its review differently, and knowing those patterns — which communities layer sub-association rules over the master, where review runs per-home instead of per-palette, how strictly the tile-roof communities constrain body colors — is what lets us quote accurately and deliver approvals without the false starts.
